I need to work on my muscular strength, particularly upper body strength, because on previous Physical Fitness Assessments, I have not performed as well as I would have wanted to. In freshman year, I was only able to do eight push ups and in sophomore year, I was able to fifteen. Though I improved from last year, I know that I do not have a lot of upper body strength because I feel very fatigued after working out and stressing that part of my body. I also want to improve my upper body strength because I want to improve my dance skills, and having good upper body strength is vital to being a good dancer.
